Black special occasion dress for girls by Monnalisa. It has pretty puffed sleeves, a velvet waistband and a sparkling diamanté belt. Below the flocked tulle overlay are ivory tulle underskirts with a tulle frill on the skirt lining for shape and volume. The bodice is fully lined in jersey for comfort.
